Our Projects

Every project is a unique collaboration. Here we share not just the final imagery, but the thinking, process, and craftsmanship behind each visualisation. Each case study reveals how we translated architectural intent into an immersive digital reality.

01
Residential Exterior

Newry residence

3D architectural visualisation of a luxury summer mansion with a glowing swimming pool and strong structural design at mid day
Newry residence - secondary view
Newry residence - tertiary view

A luxury summer retreat featuring a poolside oasis and imposing structural presence

The Approach

The goal was to exaggerate the imposing, confident structural lines of the mansion while contrasting them against the vibrant, relaxing energy of a peak summer day. By making the swimming pool the anchor of our composition, we evoked the ultimate aspirational summer vibe.

The Execution

We established a bright mid day lighting scenario to cast sharp shadows that highlight the bold, unyielding geometry of the modern architecture. The swimming pool was rendered with detailed caustics to interact with the intense overhead sun, while carefully placed summer vegetation framed the strong structure.

The Result

The final imagery perfectly captured the high contrast luxury the client desired. By balancing the heavy architectural forms with light summer elements, it served as the cornerstone for the property's premium marketing campaign.

Residential Interior

Natural Warm Living Space Design

High end 3D interior rendering of an open plan luxury living room with custom timber flooring, designer sofa, and soft natural daylighting
Natural Warm Living Space Design - secondary view
Natural Warm Living Space Design - tertiary view

Open plan living showcasing warm materials and curated furnishings

The Approach

The goal was to move beyond a sterile catalogue look and create an image that felt genuinely aspirational yet attainable. We discussed closely with the client on the intention behind this living space.

The Execution

We spent a significant amount of time brainstorming design ideas and setting the scene in a way that matched exactly what the client's brand identity was. Every texture, from the timber flooring to the soft furnishings, was meticulously chosen to support this overarching design language.

The Result

The visualisation became the hero image for the developer's marketing suite, appearing on hoarding panels, brochures, and the project website. It set the tone for the entire development's brand identity.

Residential Interior

Bespoke Kitchen Design

Hyper realistic bespoke kitchen CGI showing high end cabinetry, natural stone countertops, and integrated luxury appliances for real estate marketing

Hyper detailed kitchen visualisation with precise material matching

The Approach

Kitchen visualisations demand an extraordinary level of precision because buyers scrutinise every detail. Our approach was to treat this as a product photography shoot, not just an architectural image. Every handle, hinge, and grout line had to be convincing.

The Execution

We worked directly with the kitchen supplier to obtain exact RAL references and finish types. We integrated appliances to match the kitchen cabinet style. Lighting was designed to highlight the reflectivity of these elements while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The Result

The client reported that buyers consistently commented on the accuracy of the visualisations compared to the installed kitchens. The imagery was used in the supplier's own portfolio to demonstrate their premium product range.

04
Interior Remodel

Personal Gym Interior Design

Premium architectural visualisation of a personal gym interior design within a historic home remodel
Personal Gym Interior Design - secondary view

A luxury home remodel blending modern fitness with classic architecture

The Approach

Our approach involved careful compositional balance to ensure the heritage wasn't overshadowed by the sleek modern additions. We worked out a spatial layout to allow the heavy iron elements to coexist with Victorian style walls and include a luxury sauna as part of the overall wellness experience.

The Execution

We accurately modeled the rich, historical details of the Victorian architecture, cornices, skirting, and expansive windows, and contrasted them with sleek, modern gym apparatus. The lighting strategy bridged the two eras, utilizing natural daylight for an energizing workout environment and warm, recessed lighting near the sauna area to emphasize relaxation.

The Result

The visualization successfully sold the vision of a holistic wellness retreat within a historic home. The dual image presentation allowed the client to fully grasp the transition from active workout zones to the tranquil sauna recovery space, ensuring approval for the ambitious remodel.

Interior Remodel

Garage Space Gym Remodel

3D visualisation of a garage space remodeled into a personal gym featuring rich dark wood wall panelling
Garage Space Gym Remodel - secondary view

Transforming an underutilized garage into an elite fitness sanctuary

The Approach

The client wanted to step away from bright, clinical gym environments and create a space with masculine, sophisticated energy. We chose to heavily utilize rich dark wood wall panelling styled to elevate the raw structural limitations of a standard garage.

The Execution

Lighting was the critical component of this execution. By relying on highly directional spotlights and concealing LED strips within the dark wood panelling, we sculpted a dramatic, moody environment. The reflective surfaces of the gym equipment were rendered perfectly to catch these focused light sources.

The Result

The visualisations confirmed that the dark material palette would not feel claustrophobic, but rather intentionally exclusive. It provided the contractor with a clear benchmark for the finish quality required for the panelling installation.

Residential Interior

Marble Ensuite Bathroom

Photorealistic CGI of a compact marble ensuite bathroom with glass shower enclosure and floating vanity
Marble Ensuite Bathroom - secondary view

Compact luxury ensuite with Carrara-style marble and warm timber accents

The Approach

Small bathrooms are notoriously hard to photograph and even harder to render convincingly. The camera has nowhere to hide, so every proportion has to be exact and every material has to hold up under scrutiny. We treated this like a product shoot: one hero composition, carefully staged lighting, and a second lifestyle render with a figure to show scale and warmth.

The Execution

The marble was built from a tiled layout rather than a single projected texture, so every slab edge and grout line reads correctly. The floating timber vanity was modelled from the supplier's actual spec sheet, including the grain direction and edge profile. Lighting was split between a soft overhead wash and the LED strip behind the mirror, giving the room depth without blowing out the reflective surfaces. The glass shower panel picks up subtle reflections from the window, which sells the realism.

The Result

The client used the pair of renders to sign off the full material schedule before any tiling began. The lifestyle variant, with the figure at the vanity, gave the developer a social-ready marketing asset that performed well on Instagram and property listing platforms.

07
Commercial Exterior

Paws N' Rec

Photorealistic exterior CGI of Paws N' Rec, a pet boarding, training and daycare commercial retail unit, nighttime render
Paws N' Rec - secondary view

Day and night exterior CGI for a pet boarding, training, and daycare facility

The Approach

The brief required two distinct moods from a single design, a clean, welcoming daytime image to communicate the building's scale, signage, and materiality, and a night render to show how the lit façade and illuminated signage would perform after dark. Both scenarios were planned from the same camera position to create a compelling side by side comparison.

The Execution

The daytime render prioritised bright, inviting lighting to reinforce the retail and community nature of the facility. Signage legibility, Boarding, Training, Daycare, was a key requirement, so we ensured the lettering was crisp and readable at presentation size. For the night render, we balanced the warm glow of interior lighting against the cooler exterior scheme, creating depth and hierarchy across the façade.

The Result

The dual renders gave the client a powerful pitch asset. The contrast between day and night clearly communicated both the building's visual identity and the quality of the lighting specification. The imagery was used in planning applications and investor presentations.
